Refund policy

For a web purchase, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days of the initial Valor Premium purchase by contacting [email protected] from the Valor account email. Apple and Google control refund requests and decisions for purchases they process; use the applicable storefront process. Approved full refunds immediately end Premium access.

Renewal payments are not eligible for discretionary Valor refunds. Manage or cancel before renewal through Stripe, Apple, or Google according to the purchase source. Cancellation at period end preserves access through the paid period. Choosing End now removes access immediately and does not refund unused time.

We will investigate duplicate payments, processing errors, and refund rights required by applicable law. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

A partial refund does not ordinarily change Premium access. A full refund, store revocation, or opened payment dispute revokes Premium immediately. Access can return only when the purchase source verifies a new or restored entitled period.

Approved web refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Apple and Google return approved native-purchase refunds under their own storefront processes. Financial institutions and storefronts control when returned funds appear.
