Delete in account settings
Sign in, open Settings, choose Delete account, enter your password when your account has one, and type DELETE to confirm. Apple- or Google-only accounts may be asked to sign in again when the current session is no longer recent.
What deletion removes
Deletion permanently removes your Valor profile, sign-in methods, sessions, saves, listening history, progress, and other account-owned product data. Connected Stripe and Apple credentials are closed or revoked before the local account is removed.
Limited records we retain
Minimum billing-event evidence may be retained for seven years where needed for tax, accounting, fraud, dispute, support, and legal obligations. Retained billing records are anonymized and no longer point to your deleted Valor account.
